Custom-Made sizes available (those not listed in price/product lists) 4.) Specialty Items Available 5.) Terms: Net 45 days from receipt of merchandise 6.) All prices quoted: Delivered or F.O.B. Destination 7.) Orders accepted case quantities, no minimum 8.) Orders ship in 1 to 2 days for stock items and 7 to 10 days for non-stock items 9.) Filters ship UPS Ground from Omaha
