Purchase Procedures:

Send all purchase orders directly to the vendor above.

Your school and the vendor will arrange all deliveries, billing,
and payments. You will pay a 2% administrative fee when your school is
invoiced by the vendor. The vendor will send this 2% fee to NE ESU Coop.
