ESU #17 Copyright Policy

All media use is governed by the current federal copyright laws concerning viewing, duplication, digitization and transmission.

Educational Sevice Unit 17 Media Center has entered into Duplication/Digitization Licensing Agreements with many companies to better serve the schools. The conditions vary with each contract. If you have any questions, please ask.

The Educational Service Unit 17 Media Center encourages its member schools to take advantage of its Custom Duplication and/or Life of Tape School Copy offering, which enables educators to "capture that teachable" moment with instructional materials.

We do not have duplication rights to all titles. Those titles without duplication rights are marked in the catalog with an asterick.
