All media use is governed by the current federal copyright laws concerning viewing, duplication and transmission.
Educational Service Unit 17 has entered into Duplication Licensing Agreements with many companies to better serve the schools. The conditions vary with each contract. If you have any questions, please ask.
We encourage schools to maintain on their shelves, copies of titles that are available for duplication, to better serve the classroom needs.
The Educational Service Unit 17 Media Center can make the copy for you to insure the best copy possible. All that is necessary is that you provide the Media Center with a broadcast quality video tape and title or titles you wish duplicated.
We do not have duplication rights to all titles. Those titles without duplication rights are marked in the catalog with an asterick.
