The duties of the ESU #17 psychologists include evaluation and educational recommendations for children with disabilities from birth to age 21.

Consultant services for regular education, special education, and counseling with at-risk students are provided as requested by school personnel. Psychologists assist with pre-referral interventions, behavior interventions, and problem solving processes.
